We would like to inform you that on 17 October 2007 our daughter Nelinka was born, weight 2.79kg, length 46 cm, APGAR score 8,9,10, place of birth Maternity Department of Apolinář University Hospital, left for home on Monday 22 October. Happy parents and brother Niki.
